I come to the shop. You talk to the person building your site, not a call center, and you can reach me the same way after launch.

Honesty over comfort

If a page won't help you get found, I'll tell you and we'll leave it out. It's better to say it at the start than to fix it after launch.

The domain, the site and every file are yours at the last payment, or right away if you pay upfront. If you leave, it all stays with you.
